As of March 2026, we have a new Honduras V. planifolia supplier! These grade-A vanilla beans are rich and fruity, creamy and sweet. They're quite bright and fragrant, with distinct notes of cherry and lingonberry over a delectable vanilla base, like an ice cream sundae for the ages.
Grade A vanilla beans are a minimum of 13 centimeters in length, and average 8-10 beans per ounce.
We had Honduras V. planifolia listed several years prior to 2026, but they were larger, plumper, and had a more Autumnal/plum aroma than this variety. Consequently, we have updated this listing to reflect the changes.
