No-Bake Cookies

These chocolatey, gooey cookies are easy, fast, and always a hit!

  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 TBSP cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional; if using, add an additional 2 TBSP of peanut butter and 1 TBSP of milk)
Melt butter, add sugar, milk, cocoa, vanilla, and peanut butter - making sure peanut butter melts. Add oats and, if desired, shredded coconut. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before adding chocolate chips. Scoop out onto parchment paper lined sheet tray, refrigerate.
