When we started selling saffron, we heard the above statement many times. We didn't have a great answer, either! Saffron has been so expensive and precious for so long, that many of us have never tried it, and certainly don't have favorite recipes that highlight this incredible spice. So, we drew on the collective knowledge of our amazing Facebook Group (Indri's Vanilla Bean Group) and, thanks to the submissions of dozens of group members, we have compiled this recipe book! 

Our Saffron Recipes E-Cookbook contains over eighty unique, delicious recipes, all of which feature saffron. Saffron is very versatile, and this cookbook reflects that versatility, with recipe categories including Main Dishes, Desserts, Beverages, Soups, and Miscellaneous. You're sure to find a new weeknight standby as well as a unique treat that will help you love saffron!

This collection of recipes was submitted by members of Indri’s Vanilla Bean Group in the spring and summer of 2024. Some are original recipes, some used reference materials. We have endeavored to leave the recipes in their original state, as they were submitted to us, with minimal editing beyond cosmetic adjustments. IndriVanilla does not claim any copyrights of these recipes; this is a free reference and IndriVanilla is not collecting any revenue from its distribution.
