Bolivia V. tahitensis vanilla beans

Bolivia is a stunning nation in South America, and these V. tahitensis vanilla beans represent their region if origin perfectly. Bright, crisp, sweet vanilla is sprinkled with feathery touches of pineapple, coconut, and fresh-cut hyacinth. This vanilla bean features aromas that can be overpowered by dark alcohol choices, so we recommend using neutral or lightly sweet alcohols--like plain vodka or white rum--to make a lovely extract. This will work well in ice cream, whipped cream, custards, homemade marshmallow, or fruit-based desserts, like strawberry shortcake. 

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
