Brazil V. bahiana Vanilla Beans

We are excited to offer another Bahiana variety!  These short, semi-dry vanilla beans pack a lot of flavor into a tiny frame.  Warm, dark vanilla is enhanced with notes of toffee, paprika, and browned butter for a truly unique flavor profile equally suited for sweet or savory applications.  

Some of these beans may be split.  They are not grade A length or moisture content.  

Brazil V. bahiana are marked organic, which is rare in the vanilla bean world.  Vanilla beans are naturally organic, and most farmers don't go to the expense and effort to make it official.  

Brazil V. bahiana is very rare and we have a very limited quantity.  We may or may not be able to get more.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
