Vanilla Bean Caviar

Vanilla caviar is the prized seeds scraped from the cured vanilla bean pod. When used in recipes, the tiny black specks our nephew nicknamed "vanilla freckles" can be seen throughout the dish. Our spoon-able vanilla caviar comes from V. tahitensis beans grown in Ecuador, and has a fresh, sweet, and lightly fruity aroma that will enhance everything you use it in.
