Chile V. tahitensis vanilla beans are sweet, bright, and fragrant, reminiscent of lemon buttermints and rose sorbet, fruity accents of grape and pineapple, all floating over a rich vanilla base that is sure to impress. These juicy and oily vanilla beans are grade A, meaning they are a minimum of 13 centimeters in length and 25% moisture content (pliable and soft). They are Bourbon cured, and are rare and limited in quantity.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
