V. tahitensis vanilla beans from the Cook Islands are one of our very favorites! These luscious beans have a very sweet aroma, with hints of ice cream and cotton candy. They're so flavorful we can smell them through the packaging! Grade A, about 10 beans per ounce.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.

My absolute favorite!

I previously purchased 1 oz of Cook Island. I find myself opening it everytime i pass my vanilla collection just to take a good sniff. NEVER, EVER will i take it out of its safe place, use it, or gift it. Well i just purchased 6 oz and cant wait to have an even bigger bottle to keep in my safe place, never use it, and never gift it!! There is something so special about these beans!!!
