Xanthan Gum - 20 grams

Xanthan Gum is a common ingredient in some vanilla paste recipes.  However, you need only a tiny bit, and most places that sell Xanthan Gum sell it by a half pound or more.  We've purchased in bulk and repackaged so that you can buy just a little. These 20 gram packages hold just over 2 Tablespoons.
