Cubeb Peppercorns

Cubeb Peppercorns, also known as Java Peppercorns, are bright, fresh, and fantastic! The entire berry is edible, including the small stem, and they can be ground in a standard peppermill. They are slightly larger than black peppercorns. Their aroma is fresh and completely different than black pepper, with very little spice and prominent notes of pine forest, lemon, and rosemary. This peppercorn pairs beautifully with fish and citrus, or in a vinaigrette! 

Our Cubeb Pepper was grown in Indonesia. It comes in 4-ounce or 10-ounce packages, and are sold whole (not ground). There is roughly 1/4 cup per ounce of Cubeb Pepper. It can be ground in any standard pepper grinder or spice grinder, and can be used like black peppercorns. 

We cannot ship Cubeb Pepper to Australia or New Zealand.
