Fifield's Pie Day Spice Blend

Admittedly, we developed this spice blend so we didn't have to open a berjillion containers to make our favorite pie recipes any more. However, now that we have it assembled, we find we're using it way more than we anticipated! This fresh, flavorful blend is the perfect combination of warm autumnal spices and gentle vanilla. The final flavor, in one word, smells like home. While this was specifically formulated to work with pumpkin pie (a heaping tablespoon per pie), we love it in cookies, on toast, in a smoothie or milkshake, sprinkled on apples, or even made into a spice-enhanced version of vanilla paste. 

Fifield's Pie Day Spice is packaged in 2-ounce kraft or plastic resealable bags. 

Ingredients: Vanilla beans, Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves.
