Ginger - Sliced

We adore the warm spiciness of ginger, and are thrilled to be able to share this vibrant spice with you all! Ginger is a rhizome, and is known for its intense, bright zip that enhances holiday baking, exotic dishes, or spiced beverages. 

Sliced ginger has been dried and can be ground in a spice grinder or blender to a powder, or can be steeped in hot water or juice. It can also be diced and added to sauces or main dishes. 

Grown in Madagascar
