Green Peppercorns are an elegant finish to your favorite fish, vegetable, or savory cream sauce. Their aroma is decadent and savory, with mouth-watering notes of butter, lemon, rosemary, and garlic, with a light heat and nice crunch.
Our Green Peppercorns were grown in Madagascar, come in 4-ounce or 8-ounce packages, and are sold whole (not ground). There is roughly 2/3-3/4 cup per ounce of whole green peppercorns. They are less dense than other peppercorns, and while they can be ground in a standard pepper grinder, they do better when crushed in a plastic bag with a heavy skillet or the handle of a knife, or in a spice grinder. You may even be able to crush them with your fingers.
Green Peppercorns are packaged in a separate facility from any other IndriVanilla product to reduce allergen concerns.
We cannot ship Green Peppercorns to Australia or New Zealand.
