Guatemala V. cobanensis

We've scored another amazing and rare species of vanilla bean! Guatemala V. cobanensis vanilla beans may look similar to V. cribbiana vanilla beans, but they have unique flavor notes that set them apart. This short, leathery, and square-ended vanilla bean has a cozy, starchy warmth to its aroma that reminds us of Dutch Oven Cornbread, of course with the telltale vanilla depth that makes these beans so beloved. 

Some of these beans may be split or dry. There are approximately 10 beans per ounce.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
