Honduras V. tahitensis Vanilla beans

Honduras V. tahitensis vanilla beans are rare and unique! We have had the privilege of handling many vanilla beans, and even many V. tahitensis vanilla beans, but these stand out on the tropical fruit end of the flavor spectrum. They are intensely sweet and bright, with powerful notes of pineapple, sun ripened peach, lychee, and anise. We think they'll make a great companion to tropical drinks, fruit salads, or nostalgic pineapple upside down cake. 

These beans are slender and sweet, with an average of 9 beans per ounce.
