Madagascar Mexican Cure V. planifolia Vanilla Beans

Mexican cured V. planifolia vanilla beans grown in Madagascar are unique and lovely. With a richer, toastier fragrance than regular Madagascar beans, these are wonderful in recipes or for making extract and can hold up to darker alcohol choices. These beans can be long and luxurious, measuring approximately 7-8” in length, but variation is normal. All of these beans will be at least grade A, which is defined as 13 cm in length.  Because these vary so much, there can be anywhere from 2 to 8 beans per ounce.

These beans have a new “4 ounce” option, giving you a savings over the single ounce price.

Beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered. The "4 ounce" option will come packaged in one 4-ounce vacuum seal bag.
