Mayotte V. planifolia vanilla beans are rare and seasonal, and super special! This variety is earthy and chocolatey, with hints of caramel, old growth forest, and pecan. We love how fragrant and unique they are! You can expect 6-11 per ounce. These are slightly drier than standard grade A beans and vary greatly in length.

How can you go wrong with chocolate and caramel hints? This should be a yummy extract when finished! Can't wait!

Excellent Beans!

I love this bean! So so chocolatey! I made paste right away, then used it to back a delicious chocolate cake with a mocha frosting. It was without a doubt the BEST chocolate cake I have ever made or tasted! I am positive the beans made it the best ever!
