These Mexico V. planifolia vanilla beans are very classic. Aroma notes of sweet cream and caramel make them a great all-around vanilla bean. Grown in Mexico, the birthplace of Vanilla, and cured in the Mexican Method. They are grade A, 15-17 cm in length. About 7-10 beans per ounce.
The group buys through Indri's Vanilla Bean Group nicknamed "Finch" and "Kirk" were this variety.
Beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered. The "4 ounce" option will come packaged in one 4-ounce vacuum seal bag.

Shipping was great and beans were well packaged (vacuum sealed for freshness, bubble package that was sealed well for shipping). When I opened up the vacuum seal, the smell was so warm and delicious.
I currently have them packaged in 8oz bottles, two single folds and one double fold. Even just in the past week and a half, there is some beautiful color coming from the beans.
