Mexico V. pompona Vanilla Beans

These beans grown in Mexico are the V. pompona variety. They are short, plump and pliable, making about 7 beans to an ounce. This variety has a sweet smell with fragrance notes of cherry.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
