Mexico V. pompona Vanilla Beans

These beans grown in Mexico are the V. pompona variety. They are short, plump and pliable, making about 7 beans to an ounce, but don't be fooled by their small stature--these vanilla beans are packed with flavor! This variety has a sweet smell with fragrance notes of cherry, spice, and everything nice. 

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
