Nicaragua V. pompona vanilla beans are incredibly squishy and juicy, and have a mouthwatering aroma of fruity hazelnut chocolate, like a whipped Nutella mousse topped with peach and raspberry melba. We're in love! You can expect approximately 4 beans per ounce.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.

SUPER moist, smell and taste like root beer!

These beans were described as moist and oily, but wow! When I got them, there was so much oil that they were smooth and shiny even through the vacuum sealed package, with teeny tiny bubbles of oil along the edge of the beans. I opened the beans and took a sniff, and smelled root beer, which was pretty cool. But then I blended these into paste, "rinsed" the blender with heavy cream to make vanilla whipped cream, and hat tasted just like root beer too! These beans are really unique and special. Definitely worth a buy!

Love love love!! I started my 1/2 gallon Pompona Glass jar it has 4 oz’s of Madagascar Pompona, 4 oz’s Peru Pompona, and 4 oz’s Guatemala Pompona and swinging in ReignCane vodka I can edit for these !!
