We recently hosted a group order nicknamed "Queensland Heeler," that was our retail roulette mystery vanilla beans special sale. However, we made more bags of vanilla beans than we ended up needing, and rather than repackage them, we're giving you another opportunity to purchase them at group order prices!

Variety of Vanilla Bean: Retail Roulette! You purchase however many packages of vanilla beans you would like, and we randomly select a typically retail-exclusive, rare variety of vanilla bean for you to enjoy.  Each package will contain just one variety of beans. Each variety will be individually packaged and will be labeled with the weight, region of origin, and vanilla species. The possible varieties are:

Cook Islands V. tahitensis
Colombia V. tahitensis
Democratic Republic of the Congo V. planifolia
Guatemala V. cribbiana
French Guiana and Guyana V. planifolia and V. pompona blend, Extract Grade
Bolivia V. planifolia

Marquesas Islands V. tahitensis
New Caledonia V. pompona

Flavor profile: Depends on the variety! You could get something sweet, chocolatey, dark, bright, citrussy, fresh, spicy, or gentle. All of the varieties of vanilla beans are very special. You can refer to our profiles page for information about your specific variety.

Packaging information: All vanilla beans are carefully inspected, rinsed in white rum, and packaged individually in our food-free facility in Hyrum, Utah, United States. This group order will ship separately from orders placed on other group order forms. If shipping within the United States, these vanilla beans will be packaged in a simple zip-top bag and a poly mailer. They are not packaged for long term storage! Please be prepared to process them upon arrival.
