Three of our favorite vanilla-upgrades for your favorite foodie! Try 8 ounces each of Elephant Ear Seasoning Salt, Vanilla Salt, and Turbinado Vanilla Sugar. Each of these fantastic spice blends are made in-house in small batches to ensure freshness and superb flavor. All contain vanilla, because we firmly believe There is No Such Thing as Too Much Vanilla!

Elephant Ear Seasoning Salt: Our mom Laurie developed this delicious seasoning salt when she had little kids and made the most delicious "Elephant Ear Potatoes" that were always a hit. We also love this seasoning salt on eggs, grilled vegetables, chicken, or fish! Come to think of it, we like it on just about everything savory and bold! This will definitely become a grilling season staple. Ingredients: kosher salt, garlic, paprika, turmeric, onion, celery seed, white pepper, vanilla powder, chipotle pepper, spices, herbs.

Vanilla Salt: Did you know that vanilla is a flavor enhancer? It's true! Do you know what else is a flavor enhancer? Salt! Pair them up, and you get an elegant finishing salt that brings out the subtle flavor nuances of whatever food it graces. We particularly love using this finishing salt on fresh fruit like cantaloupe, nectarine, tart apple, or watermelon. A little sprinkle on some grilled salmon or a handsome steak highlights the smokey/salty/sweet complexity of these summertime favorites. Vanilla salt on tomato, cucumber, avocado, or corn on the cob... ok, we're drooling now. And of course, a sprinkle of vanilla salt on chocolate chip cookies or--you almost thought we forgot--salted caramel is a taste of heaven!
