Taiwan V. planifolia Vanilla Beans

We are thrilled to be able to offer these stunning, rare vanilla beans from Taiwan. These V. planifolia vanilla beans are rich and dense in aroma, reminding us of rippling chocolate, creamy caramel and toffee, with a roasted fruity depth like Dutch Oven blackberry cobbler. The flavor is so layered that every time we open them, we detect something new and wonderful! Some, but not all, of the vanilla beans we have even display the sparkling vanillin crystals that are a hallmark of perfectly cured and harvested vanilla beans (you can see them in the photos!). We know you will enjoy these treasures of the vanilla world as much as we do. You can expect approximately 7 beans per ounce.

These rare beans will go in and out of stock.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
