Vanilla Paste

Vanilla paste is a thick, lightly sweet, syrupy ingredient that is loaded with suspended vanilla powder. It's highly concentrated in pure vanilla flavor, and can be added to recipes in lieu of vanilla extract or vanilla caviar, using half the amount the recipe calls for. Expect your recipe to show off the lovely black freckles from the vanilla caviar, while having all the flavor of mature double-strength extract. This paste was made from Mexico V. planifolia vanilla beans, Mexican cured, and does not require refrigeration. Store in airtight containers in cool, dry place out of direct sun.

Ingredients: Vanilla extract, agave syrup, vanilla powder, xanthan gum
