Vanilla Salt

Did you know that vanilla is a flavor enhancer? It's true! Do you know what else is a flavor enhancer? Salt! Pair them up, and you get an elegant finishing salt that brings out the subtle flavor nuances of whatever food it graces. We particularly love using this finishing salt on fresh fruit like cantaloupe, nectarine, tart apple, or watermelon. A little sprinkle on some grilled salmon or a handsome steak highlights the smokey/salty/sweet complexity of these summertime favorites. Vanilla salt on tomato, cucumber, avocado, or corn on the cob... ok, we're drooling now. And of course, a sprinkle of vanilla salt on chocolate chip cookies or--you almost thought we forgot--salted caramel is a taste of heaven! But more importantly than what we've thought of--what would you add this to? Get creative and fall in love with your favorite dishes all over again! 

Sold in 8 ounce increments, packaged in reclosable flat-bottom bags for easy storage and pouring. 8 ounces is approximately 1 cup. Made in-house, in small batches for freshness.
