From the beautiful island nation of Vanuatu in the heart of Oceania comes one of IndriVanilla's favorite V. planifolia vanilla beans. These happy vanilla beans have chocolate and fruity aromas that remind us of black forest cake! We suggest using neutral alcohol options such as vodka or white rum to let this vanilla bean really shine, or pair it with gold or dark rum or brandy to create a complex vanilla extract that works great in chocolate and fruit pairings. Grade A, about 6 beans per ounce.
