Vietnam V. planifolia Vanilla Beans

Heads-up, collectors! We have a new treat for you! This rich, bold vanilla bean hails from Vietnam, and is the V. planifolia species. The flavor profile is fudgy and tangy. We think it has deep chocolate notes, but also a zippy finish that reminds us of fig and balsamic syrup.

These beans are very rare.  They may go in and out of stock. You can anticipate 7-9 beans per ounce, grade A.

To save on packaging, beans purchased by the ounce will be shipped in a selection of one or two-ounce vacuum bags to make up the total number of ounces ordered.
